How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond to all quote requests within one business day. For urgent shoots starting within the week, call us directly and we'll prioritise your brief.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The initial call and written proposal are free of charge. You only pay once coverage is confirmed and scheduled.
Can you quote for short one-day shoots?
Yes. While most of our work is embedded weekly coverage, we offer single-day rates for press days, pickups, and promotional shoots.
Do you travel outside Bristol?
We cover productions across the UK and internationally. Travel and accommodation are itemised transparently in every quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 50% on booking and 50% on delivery of final materials. We can accommodate studio purchase-order processes on request.
